Hello, my dear knitting friends & knitting friends,
How quickly time goes by! Sabine is still enjoying her well-deserved vacation, but the end is slowly approaching. The last days in the motorhome, together with her husband and dog, are a wonderful opportunity for her to relax and recharge her energy. But she is already looking forward to meeting you all in person again in August in the shop. The anticipation of seeing you again and the many inspiring knitting conversations is growing day by day.
While Sabine still enjoys the remaining holiday days, we would of course not want to leave you without new knitting inspirations.
In the last two weeks we have again diligently collected new projects and ideas for you, which we do not want to withhold from you.
So get ready for a little overview of our current favorite pieces:
Sandnes Garn I Cahla Skjort

Sandnes Garn I Ribbesinglet
Sommerfeeling pur! The Tynn Line wool is simply ideal for hot summer days, and the delicate Ribbesinglet Top puts the icing on the cake. It is light and airy and makes for a pleasant wearing feel, even if the thermometer climbs up.

Sandnes Garn I Overall

The overalls are not only incredibly practical and convenient, but also a beautiful gift for the youngest.
Anyone who was already enthusiastic about the last three of our knitting inspirations should now hold on. The next three designs are really absolute highlights and can hardly be surpassed in elegance. It may sound exaggerated, but we are almost speechless with enthusiasm – so just look for yourself:

This super airy summer sweater is a real masterpiece of elegance and ease. The VENICE model by Helga Isager immediately enchanted us. It impresses with a noble design that perfectly combines classic elegance and modern chic. Made from the HOR by Isager, a really great linen yarn, a really fine summer piece is created, which simply belongs in every wardrobe.
This sweater is not only beautiful to look at, but also feels wonderfully light and pleasant on the skin – an absolute must-have for the warm days!
Helga Jona I Sand
The SAND Cardigan is part of the “Isager Breeze Collection” and embodies summer lightness and versatility. This chic cardi is designed to be worn over another piece of clothing – whether it’s over a summery top, a dress, or maybe even on the beach over the swimsuit.
With its stylish design and fine details, the SAND Cardigan makes an elegant statement, no matter how it is worn.
Anne Ventzel I SHORE TEE
The SHORE TEE by Anne Ventzel is the perfect choice for those who love elegance and lightness. The fine knitting pattern and the light, soft wool ensure that you feel comfortable in this piece of clothing all around.
Aren’t these three designs just great? We are absolutely thrilled with the elegant and versatile pieces and hope that you like them as much as we do.
Each of these models brings something special and we are curious to see which is your favorite.
Of course, there will be another one this week. Knitting scaling by Sabine And she would like to share her personal thoughts with you again: The summer coat of Sandne’s yarn just won’t let me go. In my thoughts I have knitted it in several colors, but I am still undecided which color fits best. Should I knit it in black, which may look a bit too deliberately casual? Or wouldn’t it be much cooler in a bright color – a bit more Ibiza-style?
Your opinion is called for! What do you think? Please write a comment to Sabine and help her find the perfect color for this wonderful coat. We look forward to your creative suggestions and inspiration!
Now for our new section: Sabine’s Knitting Secret of the Week
Sabine wants to share a little secret with you again: She is totally into kitsch. Yes, you heard right! She always finds the coolest things – be it fashion, handbags, interiors or knitting accessories. Some might say, “That’s a bit cheesy, isn’t it?” but Sabine says: If you don’t like kitsch, you just don’t have taste. Or at least a boring taste.
Convince yourself of Sabine’s cheesy highlights:
We hope you enjoy these little treasures as much as we do. Be inspired and discover the beauty of knitting with a touch of kitsch and a lot of attention to detail!
