The Wednesday Sweater is knitted from top to bottom. First, the upper part of the back is knitted in rows, while at the same time, with shortened rows, the shoulder inclinations are worked for a good fit. After that, the shoulders are knitted separately in rows on a circular knitting needle before they are then collected and form the front. The front and rear then form the body, which is knitted in rounds on a circular knitting needle. For the sleeves, stitches are picked up around the arm cutouts and knitted in rounds on a circular knitting needle using the Magic Loop method or a set of double-pointed needles. The large rolling collar is knitted from the received stitches at the neck cutout in the crossed rib pattern.
Größenguide
The Wednesday Sweater should have a range of movement (positive ease) of about 25 cm in relation to your chest circumference. The fit is oversize.
The sizes XS(S) M(L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL match a chest circumference on the body of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. Take measurement of yourself, or a sweater that suits you well, before you start with the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A sweater in S has a chest circumference of 115 cm and in this case would have a range of movement (positive ease) of 25 cm.
