Ivy Blouse

The Ivy Blouse is worked from top to bottom in one piece. The pass is designed so that first shoulder increases are made, then increases for the sleeves and lastly raglan increases. Shortened rows are knitted to form the neckline. The sleeves are made in rounds on a set of double-pointed needles or with the Magic Loop method.

The sizes XXS(XS)S(M)L(XL)2XL (3XL)4XL (5XL) match a chest circumference on the body of 75-80 (80-85)85-90 (90-95)95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The dimensions of the finished sweater can be found on the title page (note that these dimensions apply only if the gauge is adhered to). Take measurements of yourself before you begin the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A sweater in Gr. S has a breast circumference of 92 cm and in the chosen example would have a range of movement (positive ease) of 2 cm.
