Now there is the popular ALPACA SOXX also with tweed knobs. Thanks to the combination of baby alpaca, shorn wool and polyamide, the yarn is perfect for cuddly socks and numerous other knitting ideas. ALPACA SOXX TWEED is the ideal choice when softness and warmth are the focus.
Thanks to the Easywash treatment, the yarn can be washed at up to 30°C in the wool wash cycle. This enzymatic treatment of alpaca fibres is completely without environmentally harmful chemicals and is Bluesign, Reach and OEKO-TEX* certified.
As with any yarn, different needle sizees in ALPACA SOXX TWEED lead to different results. For garments, we recommend a needle size of 4 mm, as indicated on the ball. This creates an easy piece with a beautiful case.
