The Setasuri looks like Mohair,
the setasuri has the same knitting properties as all the Silk Mohair yarns,
But it's made of silk and alpaca.
We were so happy at the presentation of the collection, FINALLY we have a super alternative for all mohair-sensitive people.

69 % suri-alpaka wool, 31 % silk
25 grams of balls with about 210 meters
Nadelstärke: 3,5 – 4 mm:
Maschenprobe: 26 Maschen – 33 Reihen = 10 cm x 10 cm
Verbrauch Pulli Dame Größe M/L ca. 125 – 175 g (= 5 – 7 Knäuel)
Weitere Information – Suri Alpaka:
The Suri alpaca wool is the more exclusive, softer and with silky shine. The smoothness and the gloss are explained by further scaling (rapid growth of the fiber). Especially because of the gloss and smoothness but of course also because of the even smaller offer, the suri fiber is considered even more valuable than the Huacaya fiber.
