Curly Cotton – Cheetah’s new fluffy cotton yarn
Curly Cotton is a unique, thrilling and incredibly light buclear yarn, made mainly of cotton and silk, characterized by a beautiful, distinctive structure.
Its special spinning process and the fine balance of cotton, silk and a touch of extra-fine merino wool result in a yarn that is soft, supple and skin-friendly – and also wonderfully easy to knit. The stitches glide gently over the needles, and the structure comes to fruition by itself and without effort.
The lightness of the yarn makes it ideal for items of clothing that you reach for over and over again – without ever feeling heavy. Curly Cotton produces knitwear with a beautiful case that retains its shape while maintaining a loose and vibrant look. Ease also means that you only need a few balls for a project.
The characteristic bouclé and tweed structure adds depth and makes the design interesting – even with simple cuts. It is also a great yarn to combine with a companion thread such as Kid Seta, Cashmere Lace if extra softness or a fuller fabric is desired.

Curly Cotton can be processed with a variety of needle sizees, so that you can design the final look according to your wishes. For a more textured, slightly Chanel-inspired jacket, use 3.5 mm. For a more casual, loose-fitting sweater try 4.5 mm.
If you want to knit them with a companion thread, use needles of 4–6 mm thickness.
A companion thread is also a nice way to subtly change or tone down the color of the project.
Gauge
Einfädig mit Nadel Nr. 3,5 – 4,5 = 16 – 20 Maschen = 10 cm Breite

PFLEGE
Hand wash at 20–25 °C with a washing agent suitable for silk and cotton.
Place the garment flat on a towel for drying and carefully restore it to shape.
