You only knit smooth stitches in front and back. The ceiling is knitted diagonally, at the beginning you take stitches on both sides, from the middle you take them off again – super easy for beginners. Knitting is done with the Alpacca Silke yarn, which makes the ceiling particularly noble and high-quality.

Sandnes Garn I Colette ceiling

If you want to try a cheaper version, the Colette ceiling is just right for you. However, this ceiling is a bit more demanding to knit. But the bonus is a great retro pattern, which we personally find particularly beautiful.

But don’t worry, if you prefer other yarns, we have noted suggestions for alternative wool everywhere. In addition, you can easily adjust the sizes of the ceilings in order to design them perfectly according to your own ideas. There really is something for everyone!

What we find particularly cool is the versatility of the collection: The skirts can be knitted both in long and short, but also the young savages come with the “Minnie Dress” at their expense.

If we had to pick a favorite, it would definitely be the “Fenny Sweater”. Its timeless yet exciting design makes it simply irresistible for us.

But now it is really time for us to pack our knitting bags, because over the Easter weekend we escape to the mountains to enjoy the fresh mountain air in our own small retreat. Of course, we will also share some impressions with you.
