Hilda Sweater (2403-4)

The sweater is knitted from top to bottom in rib patterns with Sunday and Tynn Silk Mohair.
Stitches are first struck for the back part, then increased for the shoulder bevel, before the back part is knitted back and forth under the sleeves. Stitches are then picked up on each shoulder for the right and left front part sides. New stitches are made on the neck before the two sides are knitted together to form a front part.
The front part is knitted to the bottom of the sleeves before being knitted together with the back part. The front and back parts are further knitted round to the full length and chained into rib patterns. Stitches are inserted around each sleeve hole for sleeves. The sleeves are knitted with turning rows in order to form a sleeve tip before knitting is finished round to the total length and chained in the rib pattern. The neck edge is finally knitted into ribbon patterns and placed double-inwards.
