A look into a designer’s mind
In the summer of 2020, origami knitting completely captivated me – a technique that allows vertical and diagonal folds to be created in the knitting fabric.

What fascinated me the most was how much can be achieved with right, left and twisted stitches alone. From then on, I was fascinated by how different folding ratios can affect the fabric and its shape, and “Brette” was my first attempt to really understand this remarkable technique.
