Designed for the Isager Archives 2 collection 2025
The Billie Jean Jacket is a model with oblique shoulder seam, deep V-neck, long sleeves and an exciting two-color Jacquard pattern. First, the back part is knitted, with increases on both sides that later form an oblique shoulder line. Stitches are picked up along each shoulder bevel, from which the two front parts are each worked separately, with increases towards the chest. After the armhole, the front and back parts are brought together and the work is further knitted back and forth to the desired length. The end collar of the body and the button visors are then worked in one piece in a single-color double knit, with button holes on the right side of the opening. Stitches are picked up along the edges of the armholes. The sleeves are knitted straight down in rounds in the pattern and also finished with a single-colored double knitted waistband.
Größenwahl
The model is constructed with a positive movement distance (positive ease) of 20–25 cm. This means that you should choose a size whose upper width is 20–25 cm larger than your own breast circumference. If you have a chest circumference of 96 cm, you should choose size M with an upper width of 118 cm.
