The Wave tea is worked from top to bottom in one piece with submarine neckline. At the neckline are shortened rows, so that the back side becomes higher. At the pass, sleeve gains are knitted first and then raglan gains. The body is knitted smoothly on the right in rounds. The sleeves are also knitted smoothly on the right in rounds and can be knitted either short or long.

Note that the recommended yarn is still widened by washing/wearing. Therefore, you should expect that the gauge is about 13 M to 10 cm before washing / wearing, but after washing / wearing 12 M to 10 cm.

The Wave tea should have a range of movement (positive ease) of 5-7 cm in relation to your chest circumference. The sizes XXS(XS)S(M)L(XL)2XL (3XL)4XL (5XL) match a chest circumference on the body of 75-80 (80-85)85-90 (90-95)95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The dimensions of the finished shirt can be found on the front page. Take measurements of yourself before you begin the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A shirt in Gr. S has a breast circumference of 95 cm and in the chosen example would have a range of movement (positive ease) of 5 cm.

Gauge: 12 stitches x 22 rows smooth right on needle 6 mm = 10 x 10 cm after washing and tensioning

Recommended needles: circular knitting needle 6 mm (40 cm, 60 and 80 or 100 cm), double-pointed needles 6 mm (unless the sleeves are knitted using the Magic Loop method)
