The Poppy Tee It works from top to bottom. First, the upper part of the back is done with increases. After that, the shoulders are made of received stitches on the upper rear side. Stitches are picked up along the shoulders and the restl. Passe is collected knitted on a circular knitting needle; first in rows, then in rounds. The body is made in rounds on a circular knitting needle and the sleeves are also worked in rounds on a set of double-pointed needles or with the Magic Loop method. Finally, a ribbed tuft with worked-in double knit is knitted on the neck cutout and laid double. Knit first a stitch sample to determine the needle size correct for you. Wash the gauge before you measure it. If you are knitting with the recommended yarn, you should keep in mind that it will still grow a little while washing – so it is especially important to wash the gauge before measuring.
Größenguide
The poppy tea should have a range of movement (positive ease) of about 5 cm in relation to your breast circumference. The sizes XS(S) M(L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL correspond to a breast circumference on the body of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm. The dimensions of the finished shirt can be found on the front page. Note: These dimensions apply only if the gauge is observed. Take measurements of yourself first before you start the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A shirt in Gr. S has a chest circumference of 96 cm and in this case would have a range of movement (positive ease) of 6 cm.
