The Ivy Cardigan is worked in one piece from top to bottom in rows. The pass is designed so that first shoulder increases are made, then increases for the sleeves and lastly raglan increases. The sleeves are made in rounds on a set of double-pointed needles or with the Magic Loop method. Finally, stitches are picked up and knitted along the leading edges and at the neck cutout for the panels.

The Ivy Cardigan should have room for manoeuvre.positive ease) of about 2 cm in relation to your breast circumference. The sizes XXS(XS)S(M)L(XL)2XL (3XL)4XL (5XL) match a chest circumference on the body of 75-80 (80-85)85-90 (90-95)95-100 (100-110) 110-120 (120-130) 130-140 (140-150) cm. The dimensions of the finished sweat jacket can be found on the title page (note that these dimensions apply only if the gauge is adhered to). Take measurements of yourself before you begin the actual knitting to determine the size that suits you best. If your chest circumference (or the widest part of your body) is 90 cm, you should choose size S. A sweater in Gr. S has a breast circumference of 92 cm and would have a range of movement in the chosen example (S)positive ease) of 2 cm.
