French Market Bag

The French Market Bag is worked from the floor up. The bottom is flat and is made on a set of double-pointed needles, while the pocket itself is knitted in the hole pattern on a circular knitting needle. The bag ends at the top with an I-Cord finish. The pocket lining is sewn so that it has the same construction as the bag and is attached at the end in the finished bag. Finally, the supports are fastened from core leather. The instructions shall include sewing instructions for the feed.

Gauge: 16 stitches x 32 rows in hole pattern on needle 4 mm with 3 threads = 10 x 10 cm
Recommended needles: circular knitting needle 4 mm (60 cm), double-pointed needles 4 mm (these are not included in the knitting kit)
