TIDE LOOP TOP

is a top with organic structure inspired by the sand waves on the seabed, which become visible to the eye when the tide recedes. The beautiful change creates a light breeze and is of course elegant.

The top is worked from top to bottom. First, the shoulders are done separately with increases for the neckline. Both shoulder parts are then connected to the front and new stitches are struck for the neckline. Then knitting is done in rows, while at the same time increasing the arm cutouts. On the back, both shoulders are worked separately with increases for the neck, then they are connected to the back. The back is knitted in rows, while at the same time increases are made for the arm cutouts. All the stitches are then connected to the body, which is then knitted down in rounds. To bypass the many left stitches, shortened rows are knitted so that the body is worked from the back. All parts of the Tide_loop_top are knitted in the structure pattern according to diagram. Finally, stitches are picked up on the arm and neck cutout and smoothly worked on the right in rounds.

If you prefer a tight-fitting cut, you should choose a size where the breast circumference is 2-5 cm smaller than your own breast circumference. If you prefer a loose cut, you should choose a size where the breast circumference is up to about 6 cm larger than your own breast circumference.
The white/gray top is in Gr. XS is knitted and worn with a range of movement of -7 cm (and is therefore more close-fitting than recommended).
The lean/gray top is in Gr. M is knitted and worn with a range of movement of 5 cm.

Recommended needles

3 mm circular knitting needle (40 and 80 and/or 100 cm) and 2,5 mm circular knitting needle (40, 60 and 80 and/or 100 cm).

Gauge
24 stitches x 32 rows on needle 3 mm = 10 x 10 cm.
