High V Loop Sweater

HIGH V LOOP SWEATER is a sweater in the classic look with a characteristic, high V-neckline. It impresses with details with rib pattern segments pulling down over the shoulders and sleeves to the wrists. The sweater has a loose and relaxed cut with a soft structure and an elegant case.

The sweater is worked from top to bottom. First, stitches are struck in the neck, after which knitting is done in rows with increases on both sides to shape the upper part of the back. After that, stitches are picked up at the shoulder edge and both shoulders are made separately in rows – first with shortened rows, then with increases for the neckline. The front and rear are connected and the fuselage is made in rounds. Stitches for a ribbed tie are picked up around the neckline, which is worked in the rib pattern. In addition, around the arm cutouts, stitches for the sleeves are picked up, which are made in rounds with removals along the rib segment, before they are finished with rib bundles and chained off Italian.

Recommended needles
4 mm circular knitting needle (40 and 80 or 100 cm).
3.5 mm circular knitting needle (60 and 80 or 100 cm), possibly a set of double-pointed needles in the same thickness, if not knitted with the Magic Loop method.

Gauge
19 stitches x 29 rows smooth right on needle 4 mm = 10 x 10 cm after washing and tensioning.
