The sweater is knitted in a vertical structural pattern of narrow braids, in which the lines flow into each other and create a calm graphical game. A wide edge of winding loops and a striking saddle shoulder running from the back over the sleeves give character to the design and underline the construction. A clear look with subtle details and elegant finishes.
The sweater is worked from top to bottom. First, stitches are struck in the neck, whereupon knitting is done in rows – first along the left shoulder, then on the right shoulder.Afterwards, stitches are picked up for the back, which is also worked in rows. The back is formed with shortened rows and finished with increases for the arm cutouts. Then, stitches for the front shoulders are picked up, knitted in rows, first with shortened rows, then with increases for the V-neck. The collar on the neckline is continuously integrated into the sweater. The work is connected to the body and knitted in rounds before it is finished with a wide edge of narrow braids. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the arm cutouts and the abandoned stitches are placed on the same needle before being knitted in rounds. The sleeves are formed by a delicate removal process towards the wrists. The entire sweater is made with vertical lines of narrow braids.
