A blouse in combination of grid pattern and rib pattern, with slightly overlapping shoulders.
The blouse is knitted from top to bottom. First, stitches are struck on the neck and shortened rows are knitted in the rib pattern to shape the neckline, while increases are made on the shoulders. Subsequently, knitting is carried out in rounds in the rib pattern, further with increases on the shoulders.
When the shoulders have the final width, the back part is put to rest while knitting back and forth on the front part, with decreases on the arm cutouts. The grid pattern is then knitted to the lower end of the arm cutouts.
The back part is knitted in the same manner up to the lower end of the arm cutouts.
The work is put together and knitted all around on the body in a grid pattern. It is completed with rib patterns at the bottom.
The neck is closed with a simple crocheted chain edge.
The sleeves are knitted one after the other. Stitches are knitted along the arm cutout and rib patterns are knitted in rounds, with decreases along the inside of the sleeve.
