Gestrickt wird er mit der edlen Yak from Lang Yarns, a dreamlike mixture of merino and yak. Granted, the yarn is not quite cheap, but we can assure you: it is worth every penny. We love it hot and intimate and have knit many favorite pieces from it.
Was die Yak so besonders macht? Sie wird mit der Zeit immer schöner. Das Garn entwickelt einen zarten Flausch, der an Kaschmir erinnert, bleibt dabei aber unglaublich robust und pillt nicht. Und wir sind nicht die Einzigen, die so schwärmen – auch viele unserer Kundinnen können das bestätigen.“

Sweater No. 30 is an oversized sweater with high collar, striking saddle shoulders and special details.
The back part and the fit are formed with shortened rows to achieve a good fit.
The sleeves are wide at the top and narrower on the wrist.
The collar can be worn either short or long. Either as it is, or folded down as a turtle collar.
Since the sweater is knitted from top to bottom, it can be tried on at any time during knitting and adapted to your specific dimensions.

Sweater No. 30 is oversized. The smaller sizes have more room for movement (positive ease) than the larger sizes, so that an optimal fit is guaranteed for each size. Calculate a range of motion of approximately 20-25 cm for sizes XS-XL and 15-20 cm for sizes 2XL-4XL.
The sizes XS(S) M(L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) correspond to the European standard sizes and fit a breast circumference of approximately 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) cm.

Example: Your chest circumference is 88 cm + 20-25 cm = 108-113 cm. Therefore, you should knit a size S with a breast circumference of 112 cm.

Sweater No. 30 can be knitted extra large. The model shown usually uses size S, but bears a size L here in the picture.

This material is worth every penny. We love it very much, we have already knitted several pieces from it. It becomes more beautiful over time, gets a very light fluff like Kashmir, and does not pill. Even our customers from the store can confirm this.

Gauge

Smooth right on needle 6 mm: 18 m / 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm
