Anemone Cardigan

The combination of tight braid pattern and organic leaf pattern make the Anemone Cardigan look feminine and at the same time rustic. Even if the changing pattern in accurate rows seems complicated at first glance, it is relatively simple and memorable and also feasible without a diagram, once the stitches are divided into the different patterns.

Konstruktion
The cardigan is worked from the bottom up. First, the fuselage is made in rows up to the arm cutouts, then the sleeves are made in rounds up to the arm cutouts. All parts are collected on a needle and further knitted in rows on a circular knitting needle with raglan removals and neckline at the top. Finally, the bezels and the collar on the neck cutout are made. The pattern is constructed the same for all sizes, the primary difference is the higher mesh number in the moss stitch for the larger sizes. The stated length was measured centrally on the back, including the neck lining.

Gauge
19 M x about 27 rows smooth right with 1 thread/quality = 10 x 10 cm on needle 4.5 mm
19 M x about 30 rows in the moss stitch with 1 thread/quality = 10 x 10 cm on needle 4.5 mm

5 pieces, about 17 mm.

Recommended needles
Circular knitting needle 4.5 mm (40 and 80 cm). Rundstricknadel 3,5 mm (80 cm).
double-pointed needles 3.5 and 4.5. If you knit with the Magic Loop method, the double-pointed needles can be omitted.
