The wide-cut sweater is started on the back and knitted from top to bottom to under the arms. The shoulder part is formed with shortened rows. After that, the front side is first worked in two parts with increases for the cutout up to the lower end of the neck cutout. After the two parts are brought together, the front is knitted under the arms and finally worked together with the back in rounds up to the lower fret. For the narrow neck tuft, the stitches are picked up at the neck cutout and chained off in the round.
The stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the arm neckline and then knitted down to the frets.
