The Dunbar sweaters is a simple sweater in the oversized look, which gives the yarn and the unique texture the shine. The sweater is perfect for the summer. The cotton yarn paired with the silhouette in the oversized look creates a comfortable, loose and easy-to-wear garment. I can think of the sweater as a sheath over my swimwear.

The sweater is worked from top to bottom in smooth right. First, the back part fit is knitted in back and forth rows. Then new stitches are picked up from the stop edge to shape the shoulders and the perfect shoulder cut is achieved with the help of shortened rows. After the collar has been formed, the shoulders are connected to each other and form the front side, which is further knitted in rows back and forth; when this is finished, the front and back parts are connected below the arm opening and closed to form a round. The body is knitted smoothly on the right in the round and provided with a classic ribbed tuft at the end. For the sleeves, new stitches are added around the arm opening and the sleeves are further formed with the help of shortened rows before they are then knitted smoothly on the right in rounds and provided at the end with the same ribbed tuft as the body. Finally, new stitches are picked up along the collar line, also knitted in the rib bundle and then folded to the outside.
