WINTER WIND is knitted smoothly to the right and has a simple silhouette as well as a slightly rearwardly drawn shoulder line.
The sweater is worked from top to bottom. First, stitches are struck for the pass. After that, knitting is done in rows, and increases are worked along the V-neck to shape the neckline.
The work is then divided into front and back. These parts are knitted separately. Stitches are then picked up along the arm cutouts, after which the work is collected again and knitted in rounds up to the lower end of the arm cutouts. Subsequently, the work is divided into body and sleeve.
The body shall be knitted in rounds and shall be completed with a slightly rounded bead in the entangled rib pattern. The sleeves are also knitted in rounds and finished with an entangled rib pattern.
Finally, stitches are picked up along the neck cutout and a bridle is knitted in the entangled rib pattern.
Since the sweater is worked from top to bottom, the length of the body and sleeves can be adjusted quite easily so that the sweater fits you perfectly.

It is very different how much freedom of movement you want to achieve on your knitted piece. Take measure of your favorite sweaters. So the decision about the appropriate size may be easier for you.
I recommend a range of movement of 20-40 cm, depending on which style and fit you prefer.
The range of movement in my winter wind is 38 cm.
