Mocking Cowl

The SPOT COWL is a multi-colored, cylindrical neck warmer.
Since the multi-color pattern is knitted in rows, the cowl is the perfect project for you if you do not have much experience with multi-color knitting.

Along the upper edge of the cowl, stitches are struck with the Italian stop before it is knitted in rounds; first in the entangled rib pattern, then smooth on the right in the multicolored pattern.
In order for the scarf to fit nicely on the shoulders and neck, shortened rows are worked before it is divided into front and back, both knitted in a crossed rib pattern and chained using the Italian method.

In order to reduce the difficulty a little, the Italian mesh stop can also be replaced with the usual stop. Similarly, the chaining with the Italian method can also be replaced with the ordinary chaining.

Recommended needles
4,5 mm Rundstricknadel (60 cm)
Possibly a straight 4.5 mm needle for the Italian mesh stop
