MONO SWEATER

MONO SWEATER is a comfortable sweater that is knitted smoothly on the right and impresses with elegant dot lines on the shoulders, arm necklines and neckline.

The dot lines are knitted in the weaving pattern; a simple technique to produce a multi-colored pattern, but with only one color at a time.

MONO SWEATER It works smoothly on the right and looks “almost” like a monochrome sweater.
The sweater is worked from top to bottom and does not have to be sewn together.
First, stitches for the shoulders are struck and knitted in rows down to the arm cutouts. The front and back are connected to the body and further knitted in rounds.
Around the arm cutouts, new stitches are added for the sleeves, which are finished with edges in the entangled rib pattern.
Both on the front and back, as well as on the sleeves, shortened rows are made, which gives the sweater a great cut.

„Es ist sehr unterschiedlich, wie viel Bewegungsspielraum man an seinem Strickstück erzielen möchte. Nimm evtl. von Deinen Lieblingspullovern Maß. So fällt Dir die Entscheidung bzgl. der passenden Größe möglicherweise leichter. Die Ärmellänge ist davon abhängig, wie groß Du bist und für wie viel Bewegungsspielraum Du Dich an Deinem Pullover entscheidest. Generell gilt: die Ärmellänge sollte kürzer sein, je mehr Bewegungsspielraum Du gewählt hast.

Recommended needles
4 mm circular knitting needle (40 and 80/120 cm)
5 mm circular knitting needle (40 and 80/120 cm)

Gauge
18 stitches × 24 rows smooth right on needle 5 mm = 10 × 10 cm

The yarn used for the MONO sweater widens after washing. Before washing, the gauge was 19 M and after washing it was at the indicated 18 M.
