MIDNIGHT MIRAGE TOP is a feminine sweater with a striking, almost embroidered expression on the pass.
First, stitches are struck with the Italian mesh stop and the twine is made in the entangled rib pattern, which makes it look elegant and well-defined. After that, a pattern is worked in the web pattern on the pass, with the graphical game clearly standing out.
To ensure a great cut on the shoulders and neck, the pass is formed with shortened rows. Before the work is divided into the torso and sleeve, there are increases along the arm cutouts, which creates a good freedom of movement.
The body and sleeves are smoothly made on the right in rounds and finished with ribbed ribs before they are chained off in Italian. This gives the top a refined and thoughtful expression.
The weaving pattern is a simple technique that creates a multi-colored expression, but it never works with more than one color at a time. Since only one color is used, the technique is manageable and good to work.

It is very different how much freedom of movement you want to achieve on your knitted piece. Take measurements of one or more of your favorite uppers and compare the sizes – so the decision regarding the appropriate size may be easier.
My Midnight Mirage is knitted with a range of movement of 9 cm. In general, I recommend a range of movement between 5-15 cm, depending on the expression and cut you want to achieve.
