GRAPE TEE is knitted smoothly on the right from an elegant pattern in weaving technology. The weaving pattern is a simple technique to knit a multi-color pattern without processing multiple colors at the same time. This means that what looks like Fair Isle Knitting in this project is made with only one color, which reduces the difficulty level a bit.

The top has a simple cut with an advanced shoulder line. The top is knitted from top to bottom and does not have to be sewn together at the end. First, a small collar is made at the neck cutout in rounds, whereupon this is formed by shortened rows. Then knitting is again carried out in rounds until the shoulder width is reached. The pass is divided into front and back before both parts are reconnected to the round under the arm cutouts for the torso. Stitches for the sleeves are inserted around the arm cutouts. Here, too, shortened rows are worked to shape the arm balls. The sleeves are then made in rounds on a circular knitting needle.

It is very different how much freedom of movement you want to achieve on your knitted piece. Take measure of your favorite tops. So the decision regarding the appropriate size may be easier for you. My GRAPE TEE has a range of movement of 10 cm.
