BIAS BLOCKS is a simple scarf with a characteristically weird look.
The construction of the knitted piece is simple, and the instructions do not contain any complicated techniques. This makes the project suitable for beginners as well as experienced knitters. This is a project where you can rest and enjoy the pattern and knitting process.
The shawl is knitted two-threaded with two yarns on a 6 mm needle. The combination of the two yarn types with their different structures gives a soft, voluminous feel and a beautiful, lively appearance. By:
Combination of the two types of yarn also gives many possibilities to play with colors. Two shades that are similar provide an unobtrusive, harmonious look, while larger contrasts add more depth and character to the scarf.
A further advantage of two-thread knitting is that the yarn ends can be sewn more easily invisibly. The living structure helps to hide the stitched yarn ends so that the finished scarf gets a beautiful and carefully worked expression.

Note: There is just enough bouclé for the scarf as stated in the instructions. Nearly 10 g of bouclé is needed per strip. The yarn consumption can vary depending on the knitting method. Therefore, if you want to knit the scarf longer, I recommend buying an extra ball of bouclé in any color.

6 mm and 6,5 mm circular knitting needle (60/80 cm)
