Anne Ventzel:
The variants offered here are knitted with four threads, so you have many options to mix colors to create beautiful new merged color palettes. It's a little bit like mixing watercolors, just with yarn. Personally, I think it's really great and exciting, this way with the colors
to play, which gives the sweater a very special and lively look.
The sweater is soft and cuddly like a cloud that you can have in your wardrobe all year round.
The sweater is worked from top to bottom and does not have to be sewn together. First, the rear fit is done in rows and shortened rows are knitted to achieve a good fit on the shoulders. The characteristic multi-colored pattern is knitted centrally on the pass,
This also forms the color change. Beneath the arm cutouts, the front and rear are connected and the torso is worked down in rounds. Thereafter, stitches are picked up for the neck tuft which is produced in the entangled rib pattern. Lastly, stitches are included for the sleeves, which are formed in the upper part with shortened rows to optimize the fit. Further down the sleeve we knitted the characteristic multicolored pattern. All the edges are knitted in the entangled rib pattern and chained using the Italian method.
In the manual you will find both BELLA BLOCKING with long sleeves and normal body length, as well as BELLA BLOCKING with 3⁄4 sleeves and short body length described.

It is very different how much freedom of movement you want to achieve on your knitted piece. Take measure of your favorite sweaters. So the decision regarding the appropriate size may be easier for you. I like a bit more fit, which is why I have chosen a range of movement of 23 cm for my sweaters and I recommend at least 15 cm.
