The Mårvej Sweater Light is a lightweight, cozy sweater with a relaxed fit and many refined details. Starting with a shaped neck band and a pass with a crossed rib pattern and eye-catching color scheme, the design includes a variety of techniques to entertain you. The characteristic feature of the Mårvej sweater is the sleeve strips that combine the color scheme of passes and cuffs. The sweater is knitted from top to bottom in rounds.
The minimalist design is inspired by the typical décor and fluted surface of classic Musselmalet tableware. The lines represent the hand-painted decor, while the ribbed pass represents the edge of a plate.
This design is a tribute to my childhood holidays in a summer house in Mårvej in Ertebølle. A place that sparked the spark for the love of Danish design and lifestyle.
The Mårvej sweater has a normal, relaxed fit with a positive width of about 8 cm and is slightly shortened. The length can be adjusted individually (note that the amount of yarn changes).
Of course, the sweater can also be knitted for women.

As a particularly beautiful detail, the Silk Mohair is proposed for the contrast color, so it would also stand out haptically from the basic color.
