Inspiration for the Sephia Top are the beautiful sephia bivalve molluscs derived from octopus. The top is knitted in a chunky cotton, which gives us the pefect feel of summer, sea and beach with its “living” appearance. The Sephia Top has a loose and boxy fit, absolutely perfect for a jeans with loose fit or over a nice skirt on bright summer nights.

KONSTRUKTION

The Sephia Top is knitted in round and back rows on one piece. The beginning is at the bottom of the back part and knitted from the bottom up to armhole/pass. After this, drop stitches are worked on the front fit and the front part is knitted further downwards. The sides can be sewn together or each closed with a button. Both variants are described in the instructions.

If more length is desired than is specified in the instructions, more yarn must be calculated.

The model in the photos has a breast circumference of 79cm and wears a Gr.1. This results in a range of motion of 21 cm. We recommend a range of movement of 10-25 cm, so please check your measurements before choosing the size.

Beachte: the top shown in the manual is knitted in the colour ’102, RAE WHITE’ and has gag buttons on the sides.

Gauge: 16 M×30 Rh=10×10 cm with needle size 4.5 mm in creep right.

Recommended needles:

Circular knitting device 4,5 mm (60-80 cm)

Rundstricknadel 3,5 mm (60 cm)
