Cyrus is an oversized unisex sweater for women and men with a deep V-neckline, attached sleeves and wide, double-ribbed frets. It is knitted from wool and silk mohair, giving it a light and soft look with beautiful structure and soft case. Cyrus is a sweater that you always like to pull over your shoulders; soft, simple and classic, a versatile piece of clothing that you always like to return to.

KONSTRUKTION

Cyrus is knitted from top to bottom. First, neckline and stitches for the later shoulders and back part are formed. The right and left shoulders are then knitted separately and joined together to form the front part. The front and back parts are then connected and knitted in rounds. Subsequently, the stitches for the sleeves are picked up and knitted. The same applies to the rib pattern on the V-section. In the manual, shortened rows (German short rows) appear.

Recommended size: The gray Cyrus sweater is shown in size 1, which gives me a freedom of movement of 31 cm. It is recommended to have a freedom of movement between 40 cm and 10 cm. In the men's version, the freedom of movement can be less than in women.

You knit the complete work with 2 threads, Cyrus is shown in the photos with 1 thread Jensen yarn in color 3 and 1 thread Silk Mohair in color 3s by Isager Yarn.

For men, silk mohair can be replaced by Alpaka 1 or Spinni from Isager Yarn.
