They are worked from the top down on 4.0 mm double-pointed needles, starting with a 1\u00d71 ribbed cuff and continuing in 2\u00d72 rib for the leg. The short-row heel uses Shadow Wraps, and the sock is finished with a classic wedge toe.<\/p>\n<p>Techniques: Italian cast-on, short rows with Shadow Wraps, and left- and right-leaning increases and decreases.
