\nThe alpaca wool comes from Peru, Sandnes Garn is happy to say that they got to know many growers there personally. The alpacas live freely and are sheared once a year. From an ethical point of view, the Sanndes yarn alpaca wool is one of the safest wool products ever.
\nMerino wool comes from Uruguay and Australia. Sandnes Garn emphasizes that they expressly reject practices such as mulesing (as we do at Wolle + Staune). The wool suppliers from Australia confirm that they supply mulesing-free wool.
